What's our story ?

 

 

 

Brightstems Inc is a products & services company specialized in bringing mindfulness and wellbeing programs through the latest technologies that are available. Our programs are backed by an ancient concept called “Eastern Wisdom”. This fundamental concept has been practiced by 3000 teachers with strong backing of 3000+ texts. The concept of “Eastern Wisdom” is being practiced for little over 6000 years.

 

Our product line offers in-person seminars on mindfulness & wellbeing, web-based delivery of mindfulness practices combined with a mobile application to customize the practices to the extent possible by answering simple questions. The application will also allow access to our exclusive literature, recordings of previous sessions and help gain knowledge of any upcoming seminars organized by Brightstems Inc.

Balaji has been in the IT industry for little over 20 years in various roles – Program and project Management, Business Analysis, and Client/vendor Relationship. Certified PMP with 10+ years of managing and leading programs and projects for corporations. A leader in working with multiple cross-functional teams in delivery high quality products for corporations.

 

Specialties include Project Management, IT infrastructure management, Risk Mitigation, Resource Management. Strong leadership skills with effective team spirit and goal driven mentality.

 

Solid research and critical thinking and creative problem solving skills, excellent management and communicaition artist, motivational skills. Always assuming individual responsibilities as needed and learn new technologies with future perspective.

 

 

Mr. Girish Jha, MS, BS:

He has been teaching, mentoring, and promoting wellness for patients seeking proven results without the reliance (and costs) associated with pharmaceuticals. He has been offering services in the field of mind-body non-pharmaceutical, well-being and illness management programs for the last 37+ years.

 

He has helped improve the quality of life for patients suffering from psychological disorders (ADHD, PTSD, and anxiety) and physical disorders (including Muscular Dystrophy, various forms of cancer, and debilitating pain). His patients come from all walks of life (technologists, engineers, public servants, politicians, diplomats, teachers, adolescents, and even medical doctors). 

 

He guides patients to move from the state of P.A.I.N. to one of PEACE (which can lead to improved PROSPERITY).  P.A.I.N. covers the mind, body, and spirit for patients. The impact from P.A.I.N. can cover one or more of the following symptoms: anxiety, anger, panic, grief, chronic pain, physical pain, asthma, obesity, under achievement, family conflict, lack of self-esteem, and even transsexual issues. He has studied world religions, eastern psychology, thousands of traditional practices, under the tutelage of 50 Himalayan masters, in addition to his formal education in physics, chemistry, psychology and physiology.

 

Mr. Girish Jha has published several research studies and papers in the field of mindfulness, well-being and yoga traditions.
